Shipping & Delivery 

Once your order has been shipped, it typically takes 5–7 business days to arrive in the UK, 7–10 business days to arrive in the US and Canada, 7–12 business days to arrive in Europe, and around 2 weeks for the rest of the world (ROW).

DUTIES & TAXES

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning there are never any surprise charges when your order arrives. How this works depends on your location:

Australia, US, UK & Europe
Duties, taxes, and shipping are included in the product price displayed.

Europe includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Åland Islands, Andorra, French Southern Territories, Kosovo, Mayotte, Monaco, Montenegro, Réunion, San Marino, Vatican City.

Canada
All Canadian orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means duties and taxes are not included in the price paid at checkout. If any import charges apply, UPS will contact you directly to collect these prior to delivery.

All other destinations
Your product price, shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated and itemized at checkout based on your delivery address.

In both cases, nothing will be charged on delivery by your local customs.

Please note:

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns
  • If you refuse delivery or your package is returned to us, duties and taxes will not be refunded

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
